  • What's What

Real life is so passé.  Why not take a tiny journey into the world of miniatures?  Trust me, it will make a huge impact.

  • Mini Ani-me

In case you haven't yet received your daily dose of cute, here's a collection of 35 animals hanging out with miniature versions of themselves.

  • Woody's Secret Life

When Woody isn't hanging out with Buzz Lightyear, he's taking photos of his food, throwing back a few brewskis, and then perusing Craigslist.  Check out Woody and all his miniature friends in what they do when not on screen in a collection created by brilliant photographer Santlov.

  • Low Rise Staples

Artist Peter Root used thousands of free-standing staples to create a dense city-like mosaic - so delicate that just the slightest shake would send the city toppling like dominoes.  Of equal brilliance is what he created out of potatoes, as well as the landscape he crafted into ordinary bars of soap.

  • Characters as minis

To advertise for a new movie theater, Brazilian ad agency Globalcomm created an ad campaign using the youthful versions of familiar characters like Jack Sparrow, Cruella de Vil, and Edward Scissorhands, and even had mini characters for Avatar and Forest Gump.

  • At my fingertips

After covering her fingernails with textured green flocking, Alice Bartlett was inspired to create a photo montage of scenes using miniatures hanging out on the green.
