This weekend is all about shopping, digesting, and getting full swing into the whirlwind of the holidays. But if you’re able to come up for air, there are a few events you’ll want to check out.
Friday, Nov. 23
Santa Rosa Open House & Tree Lighting: Round out your Black Friday of holiday shopping by visiting the merchants of downtown Santa Rosa. From noon to 5 p.m., restaurants and shops will be offering holiday discounts, and the town will be filled with carolers, tasty food, and seasonal festivities, decorated to the holiday nines for the start of the season. Stick around, because the large tree in Courthouse Square will be lit up for the tree lighting ceremony from 5-7 p.m., and includes a visually stunning candle lighting ceremony.
