Stark's Steakhouse in Santa Rosa
We asked, “What’s your favorite Happy Hour? “In our extremely unscientific 707+ poll, you spoke out on behalf of the best places to get your deeply discounted drink on. Here are the results…
WINNER: Stark’s Steakhouse and Seafood
Stark’s Steakhouse and Seafood is a triple threat when it comes to Happy Hour in Sonoma County. Drinks are stiff and priced right: $2.50 for a classic Beefeater Martini, $2.75 for their house pale ale, $5 for house wines and $5 for happy hour cocktail specials. Monday and Tuesday are fresh margaritas for $5. Forget steam tables of fried mozzarella and doughy pizza, because here the Happy Hour specials come out of the same kitchen as the aged Kobe beef and ahi tuna steaks. BBQ oysters, tuna tartare tacos, meatloaf sliders and truffle fries are $1.75; Prime rib bahn mi, chicken wings, meatballs, onion rings and calamari $3.75; a half-rack of tamarind prawns, Dungeness crab tater tots and mini burgers are $5. And finally, Happy Hour is more than just an hour. Specials run Monday through Saturday from 3 to 6p.m. 521 Adams St., Santa Rosa.

John Ash & Co. Front Room: Haute nibbles are a huge part of the attraction to this grown-up happy hour.
