The Slow Money Farm Fest will take place 3-9 p.m. Saturday Feb 25th at Tara Firma Farms (3796 I St, Petaluma). It’s hosted by Slow Money Northern California, a network of investors, farmers and entrepreneurs dedicated to catalyzing the flow of capital into local food systems. Meet local entrepreneurs to learn what makes their businesses tick, visit a locally owned farm and take part in a community dinner while learning how to support sustainable food systems (bring a homemade dish to share with 3-5 people).
Sign up now to reserve your space at slowmoneynocal.org, or by visiting Whole Foods Market in Petaluma. Cost is $10 for admission.
For further information, phone 765-1202 or visit tarafirmafarms.com.
