Flavor! Napa Valley

Flavor! Napa Valley, a four-day epicurean event showcasing well-known Wine Country chefs, will be held Nov. 17-20 at various venues throughout the Napa Valley, from Silverado Resort in Napa to The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena.

The four-day extravaganza will be highlighted by up-close and personal cooking classes and demonstrations from such celebrity chefs as Thomas Keller of the French Laundry, Michael Chiarello of Bottega, Masaharu Morimoto of Morimoto Napa and Cindy Pawlcyn of Mustards, Brassica and Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen.

The Napa Valley Appellation Trail: Tasting Napa Valley will be held at 6 p.m. Nov. 18 at the CIA at Greystone and include wines from more than 100 wineries, plus bites from the valley’s best restaurant chefs. Tickets: $150.
