Foodies waiting in line for some yummy Street Eatz.
It seems Windsor was strong-armed into hosting another Fun Food Friday at The Plaza on Lakewood…and they’re more than happy about it. If you remember, it was last month that they debuted their Food Truck Festival. The event was met with such positive feedback from residents and businesses alike that today, Friday May 13th from 5-8pm, the trucks are rolling back in for another fun streetside party. Gourmet food trucks from Chicago Style Hot Dogs, Street Eatz, Karma Indian Food, La Texanita, & Fork Catering can be anticipated, as will delicious desserts prepared by the students at Windsor High School’s Vineyard Academy Culinary Program. And adding to this month’s event will be Windsor’s Junior Chamber of Commerce selling Windsor t-shirts and the Windsor Fire Department with their ladder truck.
A portion of the proceeds will be going towards the Windsor Educational Foundation for Windsor schools. This event also highlights the Plaza on Lakewood, a building that houses numerous medical offices. They have recently opened their tenancy to invite non-medical business to take part in their Micro-Suites – fully furnished, Wi-Fi ready offices with access to a conference room, exercise room and more for one set fee. For more information on moving your business into one of these Micro-Suites, contact MLH Real Estate at 707-477-7168 or mlhrealestate@gmail.com.
What a great time!! Some new food trucks and still all the food was awesome, especially the desserts from Vineyard Academy. Thank you Windsor Educational Foundation, PTA’s and The Plaza on Lakewood for another fun evening for my entire family.
